Your employees will be able to level up and become more efficient, but be careful to always keep some gold in reserve to pay salaries and buy back raw materials. i give this game 5* and its amazing but i finished it in one day, it would be greatly appreciated if you could add a tiny bit more content, maybe like 5 more levels to the tavern and just more content in general
